After a decade in the property industry, I chose the best possible time to start my own business and set up Paul Stripp Estate Agency in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic.
Deciding to leave a secure job at a reputable estate agency in favour of branching out on my own was a terrifying prospect but one which I knew I needed to do if I were to build an estate agency that remained true to my core values of communication, accountability and integrity.
In under a year, Paul Stripp Estate Agency went from zero instructions to being listed as the #2 estate agency for new instructions in the TN33 area (statistic taken from Rightmove and accurate as of 05/04/22). We also successfully built a waiting list of eager buyers, have established an esteemed online presence across social media and have hired our first employee.
It has been a rollercoaster of a ride, and there have been many sleepless nights (the most recent of which are thanks to my newborn daughter), but Paul Stripp Estate Agency is growing from strength to strength and I cannot thank my partner, Libby, enough for her support along the way.
